Better Days Yoga is a Yoga Studio in Goleta, CA. I designed the logo drawing from the owner's love of trees and growth. The actual trunk of the tree is a body in Tree Pose with growth extending from there. Both of these fonts are the style of the studio and is seen on all of the design work.
The owner wanted a separate logo to use as well because the studio has mat and aerial yoga. This logo was also done by me for more of the aerial use. This is the size of a business card. The owner loves soft tones as well as anything earthy.
A schedule of the classes on one side and the descriptions on the back. This has a cleaner, more readable font designed for organization.
This is a promotional schedule that is half page in size. The front states the studio's specials. The owner wanted this logo on this schedule because it is more inviting than a handstand style logo. The font here is readable but small due to size and there are no descriptions for this one.
This was a collaboration with a bar over summer so the look of this flyer was a combination of yoga and a bar with bright colors to pop with summer. It's a flyer that was made small and large.
This is another flyer made small and large for an aerial teacher training that the studio holds. The colors in the fonts are dropped from the image but also match the coming of fall considering this was held at the end of August.
This one is similar to the previous flyer/poster. The colors again were dropped from the photo; very representative of fall colors. The turquoise was intentional to grab the eye of the viewer because that is where the actual dates of the training were.
This is a flyer/poster for an Ayurvedic workshop. Ayurveda essentially uses your natural constitution to heal oneself. Also using the help of nature and food. The photo is a palm leaf to represent nature at it's finest with a thumbnail photo of Natalie, the holder of the workshop. She wanted a lot of information on this poster so the font is heavy but a readable font at that.
This was a 4x6 flyer meant to be passed around for a garden project the studio was holding. The green gradient is for the garden and the logo is faint in the back to keep the studio image present and it's only suiting that it's a tree.
Another 4x6 flyer designed simply and bright to draw in people to come to partner yoga. Simple and to the point.
This was a flyer/poster for a workshop that was held by people outside of the studio. They wanted a nature theme with calming tone. The flower photo worked perfectly and the colors in the text were dropped from the flower to pop.
