Depth Through Touch
This is a Reductive Relief print (linocut) 18x24” printed on Japanese Mulberry paper. You can purchase this print by clicking here. This is a four color print. I freehanded this design and carved it intuitively. My hands and my eyes communicate more to me about this world and the work I make than many other things. I’m able to see and touch. This piece brings that alongside my adoration for nature together.
Uncovering the Vulnerable
This is a handmade book using book board, cloth and Japanese paper. This is an accordion style book with a collection of lino & wood cuts that I carved. You can find this book in my shop by clicking here.
These pieces are really a reflection of my personal study of myself in the art world as that has been one of the most challenging areas to dive into and I feel it will be a continued journey.
A 2.5x4 foot relief print. I carved a large slab of MDF board. As I am continually inspired by nature this design incorporates my favorite elements that I find. The design is free hand and printed on a press using relief ink. Head to my shop here to purchase this print.
An Earth Day inspired wood cut. Earth day originated in Santa Barbara is now largely celebrated. This is a free hand drawing bringing in reminders of earth that I personally love. The block is 4x6" and printed on Japanese paper. Find it in my shop here!
Watch the Vulnerable
A free hand design that I drew directly on the block then carved. It is printed on Japanese paper and is a 4x6" woodcut. Prints are available in my shop here!
I Once Knew You
An etching created through a process called sugar lift. You paint the sugar directly on the plate where you want your image to be. Once that dries you apply a ground to the plate. Once the ground dries you rub off the area where you painted your image with water. Then you place your plate in the acid for the image to be bit. For this plate I placed it in the acid for 2 hours to get a really dark image. This is printed on fine archival rag paper and you can find it in my shop here!
Watch My Heart
A favorite free hand carved linocut designed by me. A 4x6” slab of linoleum. In my shop you can choose paper style and size. Click here for my shop.
A Study in Poison.
"A Study In Poison" screen print on archival rag paper. I am very fond of all mushrooms and this print was not only an experiment for me but also a challenge creatively. The back ground is a tessellated dot pattern that I drew and designed in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. The mushrooms were hand drawn by me and there is a solid color layer and a detailed layer. In total this print is 3 layers. I won the Santa Barbara Printmaking award for this print.
While in the midst of hardship I designed this linocut. It’s become a very popular print. At the time I needed to say Fuck It to all the things that weren’t bettering my life. It’s available in my shop on different paper styles and sizes. Click here to head there.
This is a closeup of the elephant leaf screen printed. I hand drew this design based off a real leaf.
This piece is a screen printed design on linen and lined with rose fabric on a wood panel. Frida Kahlo has had an immense impact on my life. When designing this piece I took into account her love of plants and flowers and chose the elephant leaf and magnolia as these plants are still alive at her house today. These are all hand drawn images before burning onto a screen.
Here is a closeup of the magnolia screen print. I hand drew this flower based off an image of one. I have this print available as greeting cards in my shop as well as a print with the elephant leaf.
This image is to display the size of the mandalas on the fabric. This is a hand screen printed repeating pattern, original designs by me. I have hand towels, placemats (or whatever you choose them to be) from this fabric available for purchase in my shop!
This is a hand screen printed fabric. There are four mandalas that I hand drew and underneath the mandalas is a brush stroke pattern that I also hand painted. I burned both on separate screens and then printed the fabric as a repeating pattern. The fabric is muslin.
This is actually the linoleum block itself with ink on it ready to print. This is a small print but designed to be a repeating and connecting pattern. The next image shows the print actually printed. I'm very in love with this tiny design.
Here is Immerse printed. It makes for a great fabric print and this is actually printed on linen here. There is one option of this print in my shop now and more are on the way!
A single print of this linoleum slab although it was designed to be repeated. Free hand designed and thought out. A repeat pattern can take many tries until getting it right. The prints are available if you head to my shop here.
A delicate tulip etching. I printed a series of these. The intaglio process is series of steps with a copper or zinc plate. For this I used a copper plate. A ground is applied to the plate then a design is carved into the ground. The plate is then placed in acid for the image to be eaten or bit. Then the printing process happens. I used a press to print these, therefore the image is bevelled. You can find this one and many other variations in my shop here.

Love Hard Greeting Card
A very fun linocut carving this was! When carving letters, they need to be designed backwards which always adds a challenge. This is a freehand design and is available as blank greeting cards or your choice of paper. Click here to head to my shop.
Love Hard Print
Love hard printed on archival rag paper to see it as a print rather than a greeting card.
"We're Doomed". This is a transparency I drew before it gets burned on a screen. This is MF Doom underneath the Darth Vader mask exiting Darth Vader's ship. MF Doom is smoking a joint and also wears a mask. This image is really to explore the wearing of masks and what that means to the viewer.

Who are We
This is my own typography as a screen print. This was my response to the 2016 presidential elections.
Press Room Shirt
The Press Room is a local pub in Santa Barbara, CA. For first thursday's art walk I was asked to design this as well as screen print t shirts live in the pub for the event. I screen printed for 3 straight hours and it was a ton of fun.
In 2017 my "Study of Poison" screen print was showcased in the Atkinson Gallery in Santa Barbara and I won the Santa Barbara Printmakers Award.
"ACF" (Art Comes First) final image. Four layers of reduction. This is also called a suicide print because it is easy to loose prints in the process. Printed on bristol and can be purchased in my shop!
Here is a closeup to see the detail and care put into this image.
